HOW I WORK
Coaching is a process that you can use to boost your confidence, unlock your potential, and enable you to function at your very best. You will start to create the balanced and harmonious life that you really want.
As your coach, my job is to create a climate that encourages you to be powerful. I will work with you, support you and challenge you to find the answers that will really bring the right results for you - in your career, your business and your life.
I want to work with people who have a commitment to achieving their goals and are prepared to work for that. Coaching isn’t a magic wand; just as in life, what you contribute to the process largely dictates what you will get out of it...
I want to work with people who feel that I am the right coach for them, so I offer a complementary 30-minute initial session so that we can meet in person, online or on the phone.
If you then decide you want to work with me, we will together decide on the number and frequency of our sessions and go from there. Generally speaking, I usually work with people in blocks of six sessions, at fortnightly intervals.
