I didn’t really know what to expect from coaching, but I hoped it would be quite focused. I have had counselling, which was good for me, but now I wanted something a bit more practical to get me back on track.

Sue has a very down-to-earth and practical approach which I really appreciated. I didn’t need to learn a lot of jargon to understand what was going on. I liked that approach and it really worked for me. 

I’ve now got a much more satisfying job and am happier than I’ve been for ages.
